What is the Refund policy?
Aquaplus® Water want you to be totally happy with the products and service you receive from us. Please check the products on delivery and report any damaged items within 24 hours. Full refund or exchange applicable. Aquaplus® Water may not be responsible for replacing any product if damage is reported after this time.
Bottled Water Dispensers, mtungi and pump
7 days return and refund/exchange policy if not fully satisfied with the product. We reserve the right to charge for any exterior damage or wear caused by the customer.
Bottled Water (5 Gallon Size Bottle) 330ml/500ml/1.5 l PET Bottle pack
7 days return and refund/exchange policy on unused bottles with unbroken seal and 330ml/500ml/1.5 L PET Bottles in the respective unwrapped Pack only.
Note: Coupon Book/Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid for One Year from the date of purchase/issuance
AQUAPLUS RETURN POLICY
What is the return policy for my Water Bottle?
Returns are accepted for any reason for unopened and unused bottles only within 7 days of your receipt of the bottle. If you would like to return your bottle, please send us a note with your order number and reason for return. You'll be refunded upon receipt of your bottle. This return policy applies only if you bought your Aquaplus® water bottle through our website. If you bought your Aquaplus® water bottle at a retail store and would like to return or exchange it, please contact that store directly. Aquaplus® will cover the shipping fees for the return of any item presenting a quality issue.
